I gave 1artcollection.com a try once, and based on that experience, I don’t think I’d go back. For what I paid, I expected the process to feel a bit more polished and the overall value to be better. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it just didn’t leave me feeling like it was worth ordering again. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, one time was enough...

The print looks good overall, and the colors were really close to the picture, close enough that I was happy with it. Shipping did take longer than I expected, and the frame had a small little mark on it. Still, for the price, it’s okay okay and I don’t regret buying it.
"Not the best for gift shopping"
I was trying to find something nice as a gift, but the site just didn’t feel that easy to use for that. Like, it was hard to figure out what would actually suit someone else, and for the price, it felt a bit risky. I ended up giving up and buying something somewhere else.

"Looked way cheaper than it cost"
I ordered a print from 1artcollection.com expecting something decent, especially for the price. Instead, it showed up looking dull, a bit blurry, and the colors were nothing like the picture online. The paper also felt cheap, which was a nice little surprise after paying for what I thought would be quality. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from them again.
"Canvas quality was disappointing"
I ordered a canvas from 1artcollection.com it wasn’t really what I was expecting. The print looked kind of dull in person, and the canvas material felt thin, not like the nicer ones I’ve bought around this price before.
The edges also weren’t very clean, and it didn’t sit flat on the frame, which made it look a bit cheap once I had it out of the box. For what I paid, I thought it would feel about a lot more sturdy and finished.
Maybe I just got unlucky with this one, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order another canvas from them.

I ordered this thinking it would fit like the size I normally buy, but it was way too small. I even compared it to a similar one I already own, and the difference was really noticeable. Definitely disappointed with the sizing.

I ordered from 1artcollection.com because the preview gave me the impression they could capture the artist style I was going for. Once the artwork arrived, though, the first thing I noticed was that the likeness felt off. The face didn’t really match the person the way I expected, so even before thinking about the details, it just didn’t feel right to me.
I reached out to support hoping they could help fix it, but the replies were slow and the issue never really got resolved. Based on my experience, the final result didn’t live up to what the preview suggested, so I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was trying to compare prices like a normal person, and then suddenly extra fees showed up later like some kind of plot twist. I got way more annoyed than I expected because I just wanted to know the full cost upfront. It made the whole thing feel confusing and kind of ridiculous

"Looks good at first, but the craftsmanship feels careless"
At first glance, the piece looks nice, but once I got closer, I started noticing the finish was rough and some of the edges weren’t cleaned up well. For the price, I think it’s not right to let something go out looking that rushed. It’s fine if you’re just seeing it from a distance, but up close it feels like corners were cut, and that was disappointing.

So, the order showed up fine and everything, and the art does look authentic to me. But, yeah, I kind of wish they had included clearer proof or more details with it, you know? It’s not bad at all, like I’m not unhappy with it, but it just left me feeling a little unsure

"Lots of vague promises, not many real answers"
The communication was frustrating. I asked a few basic questions about my order and kept getting these vague replies like they’d “look into it” or “get back to me soon,” but nothing was actually explained clearly. I ended up sending follow-up emails and still didn’t really know what was happening. The art might be fine, but the whole customer service experience made it way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

I spent a little time browsing 1artcollection.com, it just didn’t make me feel very confident. I couldn’t find enough clear info about the company, who’s actually behind it, or why I should feel comfortable placing an order there.
Maybe the site is totally fine, but something about it felt a bit off to me. When it comes to buying art, I want more transparency and some real signs that the site is legit, so I ended up passing.

I sent my order back and was told my refund would be sorted out soon, so I figured okay, no big deal. But then it turned into this whole dramatic saga of me waiting, checking my inbox like I’m tracking a missing person, and sending follow-up emails that barely got proper answers.
it’s been way more annoying than it ever needed to be. I shouldn’t have to practically launch an investigation just to get my own money back. At this point, I’m done with 1artcollection.com and definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
